Christmas Is Beautiful - Shelly E. Johnson

Shelly E. Johnson's debut Christmas album, Christmas Is Beautiful, presents the story of Christmas in a new way through a variety of musical styles.  "We got to unpack this massive idea of God, the Creator of the Universe, becoming a tiny embryo, being born as a baby, living a human life, all for the purpose of giving His life for us to save us from ourselves and reconcile us with Himself," Shelly explains. "That’s a huge, mysterious, beautiful Story, and it was so rewarding having a chance to pour my heart into telling that Story from my perspective. Christmas is that time of year that it seems the whole world is more open to hearing the Gospel. I hope this album brings the Gospel to life in a unique way for someone who may not be interested in God or be aware of how much He loves them."  We are now carrying the MultiTracks and other resources for the album, which includes "Noel (Light of the World)," "What a Savior," and "Gift of Love" featuring Seth Condrey.  We encourage you to check out Christmas Is Beautiful today, now available on iTunes.

New from Bryan & Katie Torwalt - Christmas

Bryan & Katie Torwalt capture the heart of the holiday season with their new 4-track EP, Christmas.  This new release includes Bryan and Katie's renditions of seasonal favorites "The Christmas Song" and "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas," a medley of "Hark the Herald" and "O Come Let Us Adore Him," and a new version of "Emmanuel (God With Us Forever)," which the duo originally released on their recent album, Champion, and that expresses the true reason we celebrate.  "The beautiful thing about Christmas time is that everything points to God and his Kingdom," they explain. "The birth of Jesus is at the center, and it’s incredible how our awareness of Him increases during the Christmas season, but even the acts of kindness and generosity, or emphasis on family are all in the heart of God. We hope our music brings joy in moments when people need it, and that people would become more aware of God, who is relentlessly good in the middle of it all."  We encourage you to check out this EP today as each of these songs would make a great addition to your Christmas programs and services this year.  It is now available on iTunes and you can find all the Original Master MultiTracks, Charts, and instrument parts in RehearsalMix here on MultiTracks.com.
