Updated Christmas Catalog from Chris Tomlin

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page
Many of you have requested more songs from Chris Tomlin's 2009 Christmas release, Glory in the Highest, and we are pleased to bring you three more tracks from the album today!  Recorded live over two days, Glory in the Highest explores the significance of the Christmas season through worship. "Born That We May Have Life" is a soulful celebration of the birth of Jesus and what it means for the world, proclaiming, "Rejoice, o world, your Savior has come through the love of a virgin's womb. Son of God, Son of man, born that we may have life."  "Light of the World" is a moving offering of worship, praising Jesus for his incarnation and how his life brought light to our world, with the powerful reminder, "And yet You became flesh, living as one of us under the shadow of the cross where, through the blood you shed, You have made peace again. Peace for the world that God so loves."  "Winter Snow" captures the peace of Jesus's birth, acknowledging that he could have come to earth with all the might and power of hurricanes or roaring floods and yet, "You came like a winter snow, quiet and soft and slow, falling from the sky in the night to the earth below."   Glory In The Highest - Chris Tomlin
