SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility: This “Experience Conference 2024" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to any person aged 18 or older at the time of entry ("the Entrants"). The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the lower 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island and is void where prohibited by law. Unless specifically otherwise allowed in these Sweepstakes Official Rules, the following are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: 

1. 1. Employees of MultiTracks.com, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, prize providers advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to MultiTracks.com, LLC through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Sweepstakes Period, and their respective immediate family members and/or persons living in their same household; 
   2. non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and 
   3. any person located in a "Restricted Country". Restricted Countries are: Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan and Syria. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant ("You") agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of MultiTracks.com as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. 

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on September 3, 2024, and runs through 11:59 pm CST September 5, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries will be accepted only during the Sweepstakes Period. 
4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete one of the following: 

1. Enter information in required fields at https://www.multitracks.com/products/exp24 in the manner and time period set forth in these Sweepstakes Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person. 
2. Alternative Form of Entry: Send your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number and “Experience Conference 2024" Sweepstakes on a standard 4" x 6" postcard and mail it to MultiTracks.com, LLC 1500 Arrow Point Drive, Cedar Park Texas 78613 United States ("Mail-in Entry").
3. Only one entry per person. Entries that are late, incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications for Entries, or with these Sweepstakes Official Rules, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MultiTracks.com. 
4. If Entrant is using Entrant's mobile device to enter, charges, including message and data rates, may apply. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. 
5. MultiTracks.com is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. MultiTracks.com reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. 

5. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are Entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. Additionally, no mechanically reproduced mail-in entries are allowed and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. MultiTracks.com is not responsible for (i) late, lost, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, improperly submitted, undeliverable or otherwise irregular Sweepstakes entries; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. All entries become the property of MultiTracks.com. 

6. Prize: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing (a "Winner") under the supervision of Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value ("APR") actual/appraised value(s) for the prize day may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by MultiTracks.com.

PRIZE / APR: $349 each, TOTAL: $698

* Airfare, travel and hotel are NOT INCLUDED; the Winner will be solely responsible for any and all travel expenses incurred (e.g. airfare, lodging, gas, car rentals, meals, etc.).

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at MultiTracks.com discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the relevant Winner of the particular prize concerned. No substitution of prize(s) or transfer/assignment of prize(s) to others or request for the cash equivalent by any Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for MultiTracks.com and its Sweepstakes promotional partners and prize providers to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential Winner will be selected by random drawing by or under the supervision of MultiTracks.com. The potential Winner will be notified in person from MultiTracks.com within ten (10) days following selection of the Winner. The potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity (where legal) form within seven (7) days of date of attempted notification. MultiTracks.com, its promotional partners and prize providers (sometimes referred to as “Sweepstakes Entities”) shall have no liability for any Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for any Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent to such potential Winner, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the applicable prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner for such prize(s) selected from remaining valid, eligible Entries timely submitted. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of applicable prize(s). Receipt by Winner of the applicable prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT MULTITRACKS.COM'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

8. Odds: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

9. Additional Terms & Conditions: 

1. Any Sweepstakes entries (including any content therein) that are submitted, transmitted or otherwise made available to MultiTracks.com (via completing the survey, its website or otherwise) shall remain the sole and full responsibility of entrant. Accordingly, entrant represents and warrants to MultiTracks.com, and the other Sweepstakes Entities that any entry submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes: 

1. 1. 1. is true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading, fraudulent or deceptive; 
      2. does not and will not violate any applicable state, federal or local laws (including regulations pertaining to sedition, obscenity or abuse); 
      3. does not and will not violate the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, patent, trade secret and/or any other intellectual property rights and any rights of publicity or rights of privacy; 
      4. is not obscene, offensive, defamatory, and does not contain vulgar or profane language, as determined by MultiTracks.com; and 
      5. will not subject MultiTracks.com and/or any other Sweepstakes Entities to any form of liability or prejudice whatsoever. 

Submission of an entry constitutes each entrant's certification that the entry is entrant's own original work. By submitting any entry, entrant hereby grants MultiTracks.com and the other Sweepstakes Entities and their respective successors and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) and transferable license to use, copy, transmit or otherwise distribute, perform, modify, create derivative works based upon, incorporate into other works, publicly perform and display the entry or any portion thereof, in or through any medium, whether now known or hereafter created in any manner without further compensation during or after the Sweepstakes Period. Nothing herein shall constitute an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship between entrant and MultiTracks.com and/or any other Sweepstakes Entities. 

2. In the event of any dispute, an online Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the registered internet or e-mail account holder associated with the applicable entry. In all other cases, the Sweepstakes entry is deemed submitted by the name indicated thereon. Satisfactory proof of association shall be furnished to MultiTracks.com without fail. 
3. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes and/or winning any prize, entrant consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry, testimonials and statements attributed to entrant (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in MultiTracks.com newsletters, promotional emails and/or MultiTracks.com web domain at http://www.multitracks.com/, without additional compensation. 
4. All entries become property of MultiTracks.com and none will be acknowledged or returned. 
5. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of MultiTracks.com for a prize of equal or greater value. MultiTracks.com will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. If a prize is mailed, the winner assumes the risk of the prize's safe arrival. Prizes are offered "as is" with no written, express, or implied warranty. 
6. If a prize involves access or tickets to an event, MultiTracks.com is not obliged to provide any travel, airfare, lodging or meals and MultiTracks.com is not obligated to replace tickets or award a substitute prize or give any form of compensation should the winner be unable to undertake such trip for any reason (including, without limitation, event rescheduling or cancellation, artist availability changes, acts of God, travel restrictions or medical disabilities). 

10. Privacy Policy. MultiTracks.com may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Sweepstakes Official Rules. Please review these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the MultiTracks.com Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to MultiTracks.com collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the MultiTracks.com Privacy Policy. 

11. Third Party Website(s): Where a Sweepstakes involves access to or use of a third-party website ("Third-Party Website"), entrant understands and agrees that: 

1. MultiTracks.com has no control over the Third-Party Website whatsoever; 
2. Entrant is solely and fully responsible for his dealings with the Third-Party Website and is alone responsible for making whatever investigation entrant feels is needed or useful before commencement of dealings, and taking all precautions deemed necessary to protect himself or herself from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware and other harmful or destructive materials potentially residing on the Third-Party Website; and MultiTracks.com disclaims all responsibility for any harm resulting from entrant's access to or use of a Third Party Website. 
3. MultiTracks.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or any problem or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or line, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any online Sweepstakes entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including a Third-Party Website), or any combination thereof, which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. 

12. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY TO CIRCUMVENT, TAMPER, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PROCESS, MULTITRACKS.COM WEBSITE, TELEPHONE OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, DEFRAUD OR GAIN AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE, ENGAGE IN UNSPORTSMANLIKE, DISRUPTIVE, ANNOYING, HARASSING OR THREATENING CONDUCT, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES AND MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. MULTITRACKS.COM RESERVES ALL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. 

13. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless MultiTracks.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, prize providers, and promotion and advertising agencies, and directors, officers, employees and agents of any and all of the aforesaid, any other Sweepstakes Entities and/or other organizations related to the Sweepstakes from and against any claim, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, enjoyment, ownership, possession, use, misuse or inability to use any prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes or a related activity, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other applicable sources of law, including, without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond MultiTracks.com's control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. 

14. IN NO EVENT WILL MULTITRACKS.COM OR ANY OTHER SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT OR YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT MULTITRACKS.COMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

15. MultiTracks.com assumes no responsibility for any administrative or typographical errors in the course of operating the Sweepstakes or in the Sweepstakes Official Rules. MultiTracks.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes are compromised, without liability to the entrant. MultiTracks.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by MultiTracks.com, in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Sweepstakes Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. As stated above, the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in these Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read these Sweepstakes Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of MultiTracks.com, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. 

16. Governing Law: This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Texas, County of Travis. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Texas and federal court located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Sweepstakes. 

17. Sponsor: MultiTracks.com, LLC is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes. 

18. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: MultiTracks.com, LLC, 1500 Arrow Point Dr., Suite 701, Cedar Park, Texas 78613 (USA); Attn. “Experience Conference 2024 Sweepstakes”. Requests must be received no later than 11:59 pm CST, September 5, 2024.
