New from Red Letter Hymnal - Coastal Kids Friday, June 23, 2017 Coastal Kids is the brand new album from Pittsburgh-based worship band Red Letter Hymnal, that presents a message of complete faith and dependence on God through honest lyrics and an engaging pop sound. Band member Spencer Te'o explains, "We as Christians know that our goal is to trust God in every avenue of our lives, but if you've lived on earth long enough you'll quickly find out that's a lot easier said than done." The name, Coastal Kids, came from the band's calling to follow where God was leading them, which evoked feelings of both excitement and fear. Spencer shares, "The imagery of a bunch of kids standing on the coast staring out at what seems like an unconquerable force, and believing that somehow, or some way God will gets us to the other side. That is exactly how we felt. In that moment we became "Coastal Kids" which was more about our faith in God than it was about our geographical location."
