New Single from All Sons and Daughters - "I Surrender" Friday, June 10, 2016 GRAMMY and Dove Award nominated worship duo All Sons and Daughters has released a brand new single entitled "I Surrender." It's the first single from their upcoming album, Poets and Saints, which was inspired by the lives of those who have served God throughout history and releases in September along with a companion book and small group study guide. "I Surrender" drew its inspiration from the life of Saint Francis of Assisi. David Leonard and Leslie Jordan write, "Last Summer, we visited Assisi, Italy. We found ourselves on cobblestone streets drinking in the life of Saint Francis. As the local rich kid with serious father wounds, Francis was destined for a life of wealth and trouble. After multiple roadblocks and encounters with God, Francis found himself on a very different journey. And when God asked him to leave his old life behind for the sake of the Kingdom, he surrendered everything."
