The album was produced by Jeremy Edwardson, who has worked with such artists as Jesus Culture, Kari Jobe, and Bethel Music. Associate worship pastor, Owen Wible, commented, "I think the main theme running throughout the album is the power of the Gospel and the simplicity of what Jesus did for us on the cross and how we have freedom because of His sacrifice. There are many songs that are focused on the message of the Gospel and what that means for us, and our response to that is to give God glory in praise and worship.
