Biography

iEC is a band & movement developed to inspire and empower young Christians to be about the business of change in their local communities and nation. It is made up of a collective of worship leaders and musicians from fantastic churches around London, UK.

The iEC Band' recorded their first live self entitled album in 2009 and have seen it impact thousands of young people across the UK, Europe and beyond. They were nominated for a MOBO award in 2010. February 2013 saw the recording of the i=Change Band’s second Live project "Break These Chains".

iEC Live - Break These Chains

iEC is a band and movement developed to inspire and empower young Christians to be about the business of change in their local communities and nation. It is made up of a collective of worship leaders and musicians from churches around London, UK.  MultiTracks are now available for the band's 2014 release Break These Chains.  This album is iEC's second live project and features Jake Isaac,  the visionary and Team Leader of the i=Change initiative, along with guest appearances from UK based African worship leader Muyiwa and Dove & Grammy Award winner Martin SmithiEC explains, "The chains could represent sin, shame, heart-ache, pain, un-forgiveness and all of the things that stop us from connecting with God in worship in Spirit and truth and by breaking them release us into deep intimacy with God and the relationship He longs to have with us."  Check out the full album today, which blends an engaging gospel style with bold worship and includes songs such as "African Medley," "Break These Chains," and "Our Holy God."  Download your copy of Break These Chains on iTunes and start incorporating these anthems into your worship services today!
