The Elm is a brother and sister (Tim Brummel and Brittany Price) who are worship leaders from Atlanta, GA.
Elm is an abbreviation that Tim and Brittany put together. It comes from the Hebrew word for God found in Jeremiah 23:23 Elohay Mikarov, which means God who is near. The project started as an overflow of a difficult season when Brittany unexpectedly lost her husband Patrick. Through this journey, they have truly experienced the God who is near and want others to experience him as well. Their first album "Broken" has been a way for them to process through what God has been doing in this season and they hope and pray that it will be an encouragement to others. For this reason, they have made their first album available for a free download on their website theelmmusic.com.
