Biography

As a ministry of Mid-Cities Community Church in Midland, TX, our heart is to lead the people of Mid-Cities and beyond in intentional, authentic, and spirit-led worship. We are a collection of worship leaders, musicians, singers, and songwriters who are passionate about writing and recording songs that are birthed out of what God is doing in our local church. Our prayer is that the songs we release will encourage the people of God to worship Him with reckless abandon, while also spurring them on to keep reaching, growing, and sending disciples of Jesus Christ.

New From Mid-Cities Worship - The Songs We Sing

Friday, February 10, 2017

Mid-Cities Worship has announced their debut label release with DREAM Worship with their brand new album, The Songs We Sing.  This project introduces 11 new songs that reflect the heart of the ministry team to introduce worship that is intentional, authentic, and spirit-led.  Mid-Cities Community Church Worship Pastor Chris Davis states, "Written from tragedy, triumph, and God’s amazing grace, The Songs We Sing is meant to be a collection of original anthems that declare who God is and what our response should be."  These new songs include powerful declarations of faith and devotion as in "Yours Alone," and "Lead Me Onward" and proclaim God's faithfulness and constancy such as in "Unshakable" which praises, "Who You are is who You are.  Who You are, You always will be.  Seated in the highest place, the unshakable King.  Nations rise and nations fall, You're unfailing through it all.  All creation shouts and sings to the Unshakable King."  Pick up your copy of The Songs We Sing today, now available on iTunes!
