  • How long do I have access to a chart or ProPresenter template after spending a Chart Pro credit?

    A Chart Pro unlock lasts for 12 months from the day the credit is spent for both monthly and annual subscriptions.

  • How do I connect my account to Planning Center?

    If a monthly Chart Pro subscription is cancelled, access to unlocked PDF charts and ProPresenter Templates is lost regardless of when they were redeemed. If an annual subscription is cancelled, you will have access to unlocked content until the length of your subscription expires.

  • Can I still purchase Charts or ProPresenter Templates individually?

    Yes! You can still purchase Charts for $2 a song and ProPresenter Templates for $5 a song whether or not you have a Chart Pro subscription. Once purchased, a song's PDF Chart or ProPresenter Template is permanently owned with unlimited downloads.
