Executive Assistant

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team at As an EA, you will primarily be responsible for assisting and supporting the CEO through a wide range of tasks, from administrative to creative. You will ultimately contribute to the efficiency and productivity of by providing personalized and timely support.

What you will do: 

  • Maintain calendar and schedule meetings
  • Schedule meetings with internal and external constituencies  
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including but not limited to: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with team members and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence 
  • Act as a liaison between CEO and team members
  • Stay up to date with new department and companywide projects, processess and procedures
  • Keep leaders informed of project deadlines
  • Manage email
  • Assist with research as needed  
  • Assist with research as needed 
  • Book company travel as needed 
  • Plan and organize weekly All Team meetings 
  • Plan and organize events  
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to all incoming visitors and guests 
  • Serve as point of contact for Office/Building Maintenance and stock supplies as needed

Skills Preferred:  

  • Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills  
  • HR or Paralegal experience is a plus but not required
  • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail 
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff, etc. 
  • Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time 
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround 
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information 
  • Excellent judgment is essential 
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
