New MultiTracks from NCC Worship's You Alone

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page, New Releases
You Alone is a new five-song project from National Community Church's NCC Worship, a Washington DC-based music collective whose desire is to see revival happen in their city.  Worship Director, Kurtis Parks shares, "Our hope is to see the world transformed one life at a time through an encounter with Jesus Christ.  And our passion is to equip the church to see that happen.  Our vision is this: global revival through personal worship." This new release is meant to serve as a resource for the church, containing both studio and live versions of each song as well as lyrics, live videos, and short messages from the pastor of National Community Church, Mark Batterson.  NCC Worship puts their own spin on the popular classic Easter hymn, "Christ The Lord Is Risen Today (He Is Not Dead)."  This engaging praise anthem shares the good news of Jesus's resurrection, adding in a new chorus that joyfully proclaims, "He is not dead. He is alive! We have this hope in Jesus Christ."  "You Alone" lifts up an offering of worship to the King.  The lyrics are simple and directed upward, declaring that, "You alone deserve my worship.  You alone deserve my praise," going on to emphasize, "It all belongs to You, Jesus."  The beautiful piano-driven worship ballad, "Where Would I Be" examines God's faithfulness, asking the questions, "Where would I be without Your grace?  Where would I be without Your love?"  It passionately testifies about the difference He has made in our lives, singing, "You have claimed all that's lost and broken. You have breathed every dry bone back to life. By Your grace, You have called me righteous. By Your love, You have brought me into light." Holding to God's promises in 2 Chronicles 7:14, You Alone reflects a passion for worship and a deep desire for the moving of the Holy Spirit, knowing that hearts will be transformed as people come into God's presence.  "Worship is who we are," says Parks. "It's who we're destined to be in this life and the next.  Worship is our eternal calling." We would also like to let you know that we have partnered with Integrity Music and NCC Worship to offer a free chord chart for "Christ The Lord is Risen Today (He Is Not Dead)," so be sure to download your copy today!
