Austin-based worship team The Response Band has released the first single from their upcoming full-length album, Floodgates. This new single, "Faithful" is about the desire to proclaim the steadfast faithfulness of God throughout every season and storm in life. It shares how in both our darkest hours and times of greatest joy, the faithful love of God gives us the strength to not only endure but to thrive as it praises, "You are faithful, God. In my darkest hour I know I'll never be alone. You are faithful, God. When I stumble and I fall, You're there with open arms. You are faithful God. In the fury and the fight, You've never left my side. You are faithful, God. Oh teach my heart to sing a faithful melody back to you." Floodgates releases May 26.
