Biography

Rachel Jeanette’s path in music started earlier than most. She began doing professional session work at 11 years old in the group Songtime Kids. By the age of 15 she was writing with some of the award winning songwriters, toured, and performed on numerous Dove Award nominated and winning albums. She went to college for music, and to her surprise, started booking major acting roles as she was finishing her degree. In 2019, Rachel re-entered the music scene in 2019, after taking time off to expand her acting career where she was known for her roles in Christian film, "90 Minutes in Heaven", and world renown series such as the “Divergent” series, “Hunger Games” series, “Goosebumps,” and many more. She also starred in national commercials, and sang and played on ABC’s network show “Nashville.” After a few years, she felt it was time to give music a significant role in her life again.

In 2019, Rachel Jeanette teamed up with a multi-Grammy Award nominee producer for her first Christmas release, My Christmas, where she received recognition from top industry outlets such as Music Row Magazine, SGN Scoops and many others. The album was quickly included on radio stations and retail playlists around the world. Rachel Jeanette quickly followed her Christmas release with an EP in the spring of 2020, Heart Wide Open. Her most recent self-titled EP, produced by Scott Godsey, was released in 2023 and featured on the top Christian Spotify playlists, and topped the Apple Music Christian Charts. Her hard work landed her four Josie Awards nominations in 2024 including Female Artist of the Year in the Christian Category.

She has spent much of the last few years songwriting, leading worship, and performing at all kinds of venues, churches, and even performed at Graceland.

She is looking forward to releasing new music and excited to be signing with Pure Mosaic.
