The deep wounds of racial injustice were exposed again and again. The political landscape became increasingly divided and hostile. There was, and still is, a constant reminder that we desperately need something greater. In the gospel we have the glorious truth that our something greater is not some thing but someone. And He’s stronger than the grave."
