We’re looking for a Sales and Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for both winning new customers as well assisting current customers with product and account issues.

In this role, you perceive the needs of the customer and proactively introduce MultiTracks.com’s products. You’re naturally curious and gravitate toward tools and resources that enrich your team. You’re a role model and leader on and off the clock. This role requires that you be available to time sensitive customer requests that will occur outside of our regular office hours during evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Our ideal candidate is located in Australia or the UK.

Experience with MultiTracks iOS App, Playback is preferred but not required
Experience working with Pro Presenter, Planning Center Online and other church-centric tools is preferred
Experience with Intercom is a huge plus
Must be available for 10-20 hours a week
