Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team at our Austin office location. Our team is a group of highly creative, sharp, and innovative people working on a challenging suite of resources that push the boundaries as we blur the lines of creating, iterating and developing as a team. We're looking for motivated individuals that love to take initiative and create content that will impact lots of people in meaningful ways. 


  • Create and publish content on social media channels using social platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Linktree, etc.)
  • Develop social media campaigns and promotions that engage our audience 
  • Write short-form content for websites, newsletter/email, and social channels
  • Maintain a production plan and schedule for content 
  • Partner with marketing, product team and customer service to organize, develop and execute a social content strategy
  • Monitor all mentions and social media activity
  • Analyze and report social media data and translate those analytics into actionable insights
  • Create graphic assets for posts and ads. Video editing capabilities is a plus


  • You love creating top notch short-form content that informs and inspires our target audience
  • You are thorough in your writing, and value accuracy and attention to detail
  • You have a finely tuned ear for brand voice, and tone, and you are able to tailor content to a global audience
  • You think strategically and can execute a cohesive content plan 
  • You are highly organized and work well with deadlines
  • You are comfortable working in an open, collaborative, dynamic enviorment where technologies and priorities are subject to change. You enjoy building relationships and fostering teamwork
  • You maintain a positive, approachable and respectful voice online and in person
  • You are a social media wizard and know all things YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
  • You are a creative thinker and are always looking for new ways to add value to the team and to our audience
  • You are a quick learner and are up to date on current social media best practices, algorithms and trends
  • You have knowledge of Christian & Worship Music markets and understand the right brand voice and tone needed for as a leader in this market

Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
