Inside Sales Associate

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll primarily be responsible for finding and engaging with potential new customers. From there, you’ll also work to ensure that those new customers get onboarded and activated in our platform. From taking on new challenges, to following the lead of incredible mentors, we promise you will grow, learn, and make a difference!

What you’ll do: 

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Outbound phone calls and emails to qualify leads and close net new customers 

  • Ensuring follow-up by tracking leads in a CRM with calls-to-action, dates, and complete profile information 

  • Partnering and working closely with team members in sales to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, show ROI, and ensure customer loyalty 

  • Meet Monthly Sales Quota  

  • Research and List Building/Territory Planning— in your assigned territory, you’ll be expected to build and execute on a sales plan around a targeted group of customers 

  • Focusing on monitoring customers at risk of churning 

  • Drive true value for customers and report on it 

  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met 

  • Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our customer relationship 

  • Being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers in relation to 

Skills Required:

  • Must have strong written verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and analytical skills 

  • 1-2 years of sales development experience is preferred, but not required 

  • Experience with the MultiTracks iOS Apps, Playback and ChartBuilder are preferred but not required 

  • Experience working with ProPresenter, Planning Center Online and other church-centric tools is preferred 

  • Experience with Intercom, Hubspot, and Prospecting Tools is preferred
