Ascent Project, a Colorado-based worship movement, has just released a new single called “Love Left a Mark.” This track is a beautiful expression of God’s love throughout history depicted in creation, the cross, and the empty grave. “The Bible says in 1 John 4:19, ‘We love because He first loved us.’ We pray that this song would bring people to a fresh encounter of the life-changing, overwhelming love of God and encourage them to not just keep it to themselves, but to extend it to the world around them,” explains Ascent Project worship leader Matthew McGinley.
