When we set out to build an iPad app for MultiTracks.com nearly two years ago, we envisioned an app that was simple and that saved worship leaders time building their sets, but with powerful live functionality. We are pleased to officially announce that a new Pro version of Playback is no longer in beta and it's available worldwide on the App Store. Playback Pro has a number of powerful new features that are built on top of our popular free version of Playback called Playback Intro, released earlier this year. Playback Pro comes with Live Looping, Midi Mapping, and Dynamic Guide Cues that change with your live adjustment of the arrangement, which is a highly requested feature that's unique to live performance needs of worship leaders.
More than just a player for multiple tracks, Playback Pro has a core set of features that worship leaders have come to expect. The live looping works so well because our engineers have actually included the song section data for each of the 2000 songs in our catalog so you don't have to "create" your own session - just download and it's all done for you. If you want to delete a section or choose to loop a section ahead of time, it's simple and easy to edit and the guide cue will follow you wherever you decide to go. To our knowledge, no other player has this feature that we've customized just for worship leaders in Playback Pro.
