Since the first Passion Conference was held in 1997, millions of lives have been transformed as students have gathered to experience the moving of the Holy Spirit.  Featuring worship leaders, Chris Tomlin, Crowder, Matt Redman, Christy Nockels, Kristian Stanfill, Melodie Malone, and Brett Younker, Passion's newest release, Passion: Even So Come, was recorded in front of over 30,000 college students at three separate gatherings in Atlanta and Houston.  We had the privilege of attending the Houston gathering this past January and it was truly an incredible worship experience. It was amazing to see these songs connect people to God and we know they will continue to ignite great passion in the hearts of this generation as they are sung in congregations around the world. Continuing in the tradition of previous Passion albums such as Let The Future Begin and last year's Take It All, this new release is filled with songs that seek to bring glory to God and to spread the fame of Jesus Christ.  "Shout Hosanna" is a celebratory call to worship, full of adoration and praise for Jesus.  With great joy, the chorus draws worshippers in with a rousing invitation to "Shout Hosanna, Jesus He saves.  Shout Hosanna, He rose from the grave.  Come and lift Him up, Hosanna!" "The Cross of Christ" is a great new anthem for Easter that exalts Jesus and praises Him for His great love, which He demonstrated through His sacrifice on the cross.  The chorus serves as a great testimony, professing this truth, "It is the cross, my only plea. The blood He shed delivers me. Our Savior's arms are open wide, a love so great the cross of Christ." The title track, "Even So Come" is a standout on the album and will resonate with many churches as it expresses an eager anticipation of Jesus's return.  Driving forward with great intensity, the chorus declares, "Like a bride waiting for her groom, we'll be a church ready for You.  Every heart longing for our king, we sing even so come, Lord Jesus, come," delivering a powerful message in the times we're living in that this world is not our home.  It reflects the excitement and hope that all believers have as we wait for His return, aligning with the words of Isaiah 26:8, the confession upon which Passion is based, "Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; Your name and renown are the desire of our hearts."
