MultiTracks Added from Austin Stone Worship

CATEGORIES: News, Home Page
The men and women that serve as part of the Austin Stone Worship collective are committed to taking the gospel of Christ to their city and to all the world.  They desire to challenge believers to live fully devoted lives to Jesus and they do this by equipping the Church with content that is rich in theology, mission, and expression.  Earlier in the year, we partnered with Austin Stone Worship to bring you MultiTracks from their albums, Austin Stone Live and King Of Love, and now we are happy to let you know that we have added more songs from these two projects. "Redeemed to Redeem" encourages worshippers to follow God's calling to take His message of grace and love to all the world as we wait for His return.  Austin Stone's Annie Lent writes, "With our reconciliation to God comes the indispensable duty to share the love, life, and freedom in Christ with others. We are sent out to the world around us to live in love and grace with our eyes set on the kingdom before us and our feet established on the earth below. What a joy and mystery it is that God would allow us to be a part of His plan of redemption for others. It was not without purpose that God invited us into the covenant of redemption. We have been redeemed to redeem the world around us."  "Praise to the Lord" originated out of Psalm 150 and emphasizes God's goodness and faithfulness, giving Him praises for all that He is, "Praise to the Lord oh my soul. Praise to the Lord for all that You are. You are the hope of my soul. Praise to the Lord for all that You are, for all that You are.  Also included are a number of strong hymn arrangements such as "Solid Rock," "Nothing But the Blood," and "There Is A Fountain." Austin Stone Worship offers many resources on their website for each song, including chord charts, theology papers, song stories, and teaching videos for the different instrumental parts.  We encourage you to check out these resources as you add these songs to your set lists.  And be sure to pick up your copy of King of Love and Austin Stone Live, both of which are available on iTunes.
