Life Church Music is a worship collective based out of Life Church in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The team strives to point people to Jesus and bring a message of life change to their community in a unique and radical way. This week, we are excited to feature their newly released live album, Greater Things, as our Indie Showcase. It was recorded earlier this year during a night of praise in which hundreds of worshippers gathered from across the city. Each song represents a different chapter of the church, but the message will inspire those far beyond Life Church's walls.
"Mountains" is a beautiful anthem that encourages worshippers to remember that the same God who has authority over all creation is always present in our lives. He is greater than our fears and the storms of this life. The chorus worships, "You move the mountains. You still the sea. You calm the chaos inside of me. When fear surrounds me, I call Your name and with Your love, God, forever I am changed." "More Of You" reverently expresses our adoration and a strong desire to pursue God and know Him more. Surrendering all that we are, it declares, "I want more of You, I want more of You. You're everything my heart is after. I know You're the only answer. More of You, I want more of You. My hope, secure within Your presence. My eyes lifted to the heavens." "Love You Like I Mean It" is an upbeat track that offers the declaration of a whole-hearted passion for God, recognizing that there is nothing that compares to Him, "And I, I'm gonna love You like I mean it. Oh I, I know You're never gonna leave me. So my, my heart'll never shake this feeling. Love You like I mean it, love You like I mean it!"
